A Doppler position report is displayed when your device has failed to obtain a GPS fix when sending a position report. This kind of position report is often less accurate than a GPS fix and can have a significant margin of error.
You can choose whether to show Doppler position reports via the "Inbox Options" settings under "Inbox". To hide Doppler position reports you should choose to show only messages with High Position accuracy.
This article applies to devices which use the Iridium satellite network only. The Iridium device needs to be provisioned on SPnet to include the location information.
