The IVR Check-in service allows a user to satisfy a check-in request from virtual any phone, anywhere. All you have to do is register the phone you are going to use on the system. Not only can you check-in, but you can also leave a message or be redirected to an operator.
To register your phone, you simply add it as you would any other device. If you don't know how to do this consult the Adding Devices video tutorial. When creating the device, you must enter the phone number of device that you will call in from.
Please use the following format:

If your number is not recognised by our IVR service, then your call will be disconnected.

Once authorised, you will be greeted by your first name and then presented with the following options:
Chosing this option will cause a check-in message to be registered for the phone you are dialling in from. This message will satisfy and check-in schedule that may be defined for your phone.
Chosing this option will cause a check-out message to be registered for the phone you are dialling in from. This is purely for informational purposes only.
You may leave a voice message with this option. On the portal, a message will appear in the phone Inbox. Clicking on the message will cause the recording to be played back to the portal user.
A transcription of the recorded message is currently being trialled. When the automatic transcription is completed, the message in the inbox is updated with the text of the transcription. Please note that this service is for trial purposes only and may be withdrawn at any time.
This option simply repeats the menu options.
Choosing this option will cause your call to be connected to an operator. The operator will have have been previously set up for you by your adminstrator or service provider. If you do not hear this option, then no operator number has been configured.
