External Links

External links can be added to a device, user or tenant. This is a convenient way to store a link with related information.

For example, a device external link may direct the user to a user manual for the device.

To add an External Link to a Device

1. Click "Devices"
2. Click the device you wish to add a link to
3. Click "Configure"
4. Click "External Links"
5. Click "+ Add Link"
6. Enter the Link and Name
7. Click "OK"

To add an External Link to a User

1. Click "Options"
2. Click "Users"
3. Click the user you wish to add a link to
4. Click "External Links"
5. Click "+ Add Link"
6. Enter the Link and Name
7. Click "OK"

To add an External Link to a Tenant

1. Click "Options"
2. Click "Tenant"
3. Click the tenant you wish to add a link to
4. Click "External Links"
5. Click "+ Add Link"
6. Enter the Link and Name
7. Click "OK"
